Hopefully you are familiar with this term, Lucid Dream. It is a spontaneously accessed state of consciousness created by your brain once you do enough forward clicking of your amygdala organ. It occurs at night while much of your brains' sensory connections, specifically to the fight or flight activation regions of your reptile brain are shut down to "standby mode". It is self-awareness during sleep, and a state of heightened experience that goes far beyond even your wildest dreams. It is absolutely incredible. When you finally wake up, all you can say is "WOW!!....WOW!!!!!" You wake up totally refreshed, invigorated, and inspired for the coming day (and additionally you look forward to your next visit in Lucid Dream City).
If you have consciously clicked out of reptile brain kill-or-be-killed attack/counter-attack thinking and behaviors during the day, you have started a electrochemical pattern of movement which continues and actually gains momentum while you sleep. As you drift off to sleep with your amygdala clicked forward, your brain takes off the brakes. Mental gravity is suspended, and it is like leaping off a high mountain with wings and coasting in the air.
On the other hand, if your amygdala has been clicked backward during the day, and you have been processing an abundance of fearful, fight or flight responses and attack/counter attack measures, this will also continue into the nightime. Result: nightmares. A nocturnal visit to hell.
The trick is to consciously be aware of the processes in your brain. The trick is to consciously control how you process information coming in from your environment. The trick is to KNOW exactly what your brain is capable of- brain basics, and steer your brain motorcar in the right direction- coasting downhill instead of the perpetual pushing the boulder up the hill. Get into The Brain Tao, baby. KISS. Keep It Simple, Stupid:
Click your amygdala forward.
Then, when you hop into the sack, the momentum of electrochemical processes you monitored during work, home, chores, continues into the delightful change into sleeping consciousness and in fact gains speed.
You leap into ALTERNATIVE REALITIES and universes that will leave you breathless and amazed.
I find myself in a classroom teaching kids "How Your Brain Works". We then go out on the playground and The Other Intelligences appear.
People have a notion of what visitors from another dimension look like- and most often this notion is quite a limited stereotypical vision, reflecting more our limited scope of awareness than what is really going on in the possibilities out there. These visitors, were nothing like what you imagine "aliens" to be.
As I welcomed these visitors, I was literally picked up off the ground and began flying around the neighborhood wherever I chose, completely ecstatic and bathed in a three dimensional orchestra of music and sound. It was absolutely incredible, and
The AMAZING BRAIN ADVENTURE's MOST POPULAR PAGES:
Your Amazing Brain Adventure is a web site all about Tickling Your Amygdala- i.e. turning on the best part of your brain as easy as clicking on a light switch. This is done as easily as imagining a feather inside of your head stimulating a compass, the amygdala. The amygdala is a set of twin organs, a part of your brain that sits right in between the most advance part of your brain- the frontal lobes and pre-frontal cortex- and the most primitive part of your brain- your "reptile brain" and brain stem. By tickling your amygdala you instantly and directly increase creativity, intelligence, pleasure, and also make possible a spontaneous natural processes known as "paranormal abilities", although such things as telepathy and ESP are really as natural as breathing, or as easy doing simple math in your head. The ability to self stimulate the amygdala by something as simple as thought has been proven in laboratory experiments, such as those conducted at Harvard University research labs, 1999-2009, and can be tracked with modern brain scanning machines such as fMRI and PET... Indeed, thought is faster than light.
