Hello,

I've been on this website for abt a week and I just finished reading the frontal lobe supercharge book today.  I was able to click forward from the get-go as soon as I read how and got the whole tingling, forehead pressure, and great feeling energy sensations(mostly in my head area.) I've alread done a lot if not most of the excersises in the book and I've been able to click countless times. The only complaint I guess I have is I often don't seem to experience any positive mood changes while clicking, or after. If I am they must be very subtle.  I wanted to get some input on this because I've heard others talk about the mood improvement aspect on this website and I can definately feel physical sensations as I'm clicking...so I must be doing something right Smiley

I've also been trying to lucid dream for the past few weeks and I have a few years experience in many different kinds of mediation, if that matters.

Thanks for any imput.

Brock

Yes sometimes they are very subtle, but the effect is accumulative, so lots of subtle changes can turn into a big change over time, its like when people havent seen you for a while as a kid they say Oh how you've grown! but as the kid you never noticed it... keeping a record of your moods helps identify those subtle changes one might not notice ... it makes you very aware of what is happening emotionally also...
