Hello, I'm newer to amygdala clicking, been practicing about a week and a half, and I've noticed recently that I get headaches occasionally when I click. At first I believed that it was due to an increase of blood flow to my frontal lobes, but now I realize that when I use the methods to click my amygdala forward (switch and feather methods) I strain my eyes forward as well.
It takes quite a bit of mental effort not to strain my eyes forward and I believe most of my focus is now going to the control of my eye muscles, instead of my amygdalae.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do some eye exercises. Sounds like you are straining the eye muscles.

Focus on a horizon and just follow it with your eyes. Go up and down trees, etc.
Focus on a close object, then far, repeat.
Follow you finger with your eyes as you move it around in front of you.

There are probably more out there on the Web.

Alright, I know why I'm staining my eyes now. When visualizing I tend to *intensely* focus on the location of my amygdalae within my forehead, to sort of force the stimulation, but I'm not really sure how to stop this. I could attempt to have KSMOs again and re-evaluate those sensations.. I mean the amygdala is stimulated during this practice. However, I would still have this problem further down the road as my association between the two fades once more and I'm left with the same visualization dilemma.

How exactly would the eye exercises help?

The eye exercises will help strengthen the eye muscles. From what I understood you are using them in your "visualization." Besides...they will help you keep your vision.

When you visualize you are doing just that...seeing with the minds eye. Just imagine the various processes that you are trying to do. One trick is to imagine energy swirling around your head...like a cosmic cyclotron. Just start the energy movement in a slow fashion and then pick up the speed. You can also visualize giving your brain and energy massage...focus initially at the RAS and then massage energy forward into the FL.
