I am thought to be very bright. But, I've had a life-long problem with hereditary endogenous depression. I'be always been a medical and psychiatric professional, so I know a little bit about neurology.

I ran across "The 3- Minute Depression Cure," on the Net  It offered some good infornation, but NOT the promised instruction on how to "flip the switch." :-(

While researching further, I ran across a Net discussion on the "3-Minute." One guy on the site suggested that people NOT buy that CD, but come here, instead. So, here I am!

Last night I tried "flipping the switch." I think I did it! I felt very upbeat and hopeful, the rest of the evening. There was a warm, pleasant, glow in my cardiac and solar plexi-- that's where I usually feel emotional pain.

I liked Neil's theory. I think it makes sense. I have observed enough, through patients, to know that most people have ENORMOUS control over their personal circumstances, for good or ill. Also that medical science REALLY knows next to nothing about brain function. However, yogis and Buddhist monks have a lot of intuitive awareness of how things really work.

So, I bought "Supercharge," and my hopes are very high! If it works for me (which, I think, will require a little practice), I will be referring a passel of oher people.

Thanks for listening!  Cheesy

Ok, I just ate the first 45 pages, and so far, it's VERY exciting and hopeful.

I already knew about the three brains, in humans. I've been a meditator, and have had a (single) "kundalini experience"). Pure transcendence. I have some background in another healing technique that also works by brain centers stimulation. It works, to a degree. Looks like this works better.

Most importantly-- I used to be a professional bellydancer. So, I know that you can MOVE and CONTROL anything that you can FIND.

The book makes PERFECT sense! I LOVE it!

Thanks, again!

Page 62.. NOW I understand why the sense of smell, though not all that developed in humans, is the MOST evocative sense! (Think! Your mother's perfume.)

WOW! This is SO simple and so REALLY f***ing BRILLIANT! Theory is SO sound! I am utterly AMAZED!

Heya Pythia Thats great to hear, observation is a great tool to use to help reflect analyse what you have learned, put it to the test, observe animal brain behaviour, reptiles, mammals, CICIL frontal lobes behaviour, you are in for one heck of a ride, there is just so much to explore, i am currently ruminating on concepts of psychokinetic teleportation, and the mechanisms of social programming, its just great fun food for my brain Smiley making observations and taking note, written if necessary of little thngs that you notice about the universe interacting with your brain, after a while precognition and other kind of telepathic things becomes an everyday thing, for me its learning how to recognise it and trust it, that tells me i got much much more of my flobes to zap into and self brain work to do... Our brains wont give us the big candy until we do what we need to release entropy to move our brain to a higher level of functioning. its simply amazing... I feel the constant buzz like a slight pressure behind my forehead that grows bigger each time i give it a cicil blast...... welcome aboard the brain train, its great to have you as a new neuronaut brain explorer applying behavioural neurology to the universe..

All the best Olof

I haven't tried it on anxiety, yet. I've been using it for depression. I've been using it only two or three days, clicking every time I remember, throughout the day. I don't use the feather, I have two metal toggel switches. They send a bolt of blue forked lightening to my frontal lobes.

So far, it's been giving me considerable relief from an extremely painful, lifelong afflcition! I'm very impressed, and intend to keep it up, forever.

Did you know that Abe Lincold didn't dare carry a gun, because he was afraid he would shoot himself? And, Winston Churchill called depression, his "black dog?" Then, there is Hugh Laurie...

I'm reading the some people have an initial burst of progress, followed by "diminishing returns." I hope that wpn't happen to me. But, if it does, it will be the same phenomenon as practicing meditation. When I started meditating, I enjoyed an immediate kundalini experince, complete with psychic phenomena. That lasted for a couple of weeks. Then, the effect was lost. It was "just a taste." And, I was advised that all would come back, but slowly, and over time, with diligent application. I'm afraid I have not been diligent, partly due to time constraints, partly to a tendency to fall asleep, in meditation.

So far, it appears to me that clicking works a lot like meditation, but faster, and maybe better. The goals and effects look much the same. And, it's a lot easier. This may just be the Holy Grail! Anyway, I hope so!  Wink

Thanks Pythia for your reply!!
Interesting to hear that you have had beneficial results with your depression, over the last few days I too have seen some very positive results with the forward clicking!!
It really seems to make a lot of sense to me now and looking back over my life I think that I can remember certain times when I may have actualy triggerd the forward switch unawares.
It will be very interesting to see what results I will get over the passing of time, and I understand that real change may take some time, so I will take it in my stride and enjoy the ride!!
enjoy yours too
