Brain Radar Delivers Croquet Set on Cue
Material things, money, romance, fun...you name it-- your advance frontal lobes takes you right THERE where IT'S AT (after you turn them on with your forward amygdala click). Last week my Mom says to me "Why don't you come over for veggie lasagna and bring the CROQUET set-- didn't you have one once?" Well, YEARS ago I did have one, but it long since disappeared. But croquet at Mom's sounded like a cool idea-- I mean, when was the last time you played croquet on the lawn? Fun! I looked in my back yard, but to no avail, no croquet set anywhere. I stopped at the store on the way to mom's, but they had none either. I arrived and told her-- "...well, I'll go see who has one next week..." Turns out, it has been a pretty busy week, and I never got time to go around shopping for that elusive set of wooden balls and mallets. But, the 'ol advanced Brain Radar was working on the solution to the problem in the background, like a silent army of magical neural friends below the threshold of my awareness. So..... Mission accomplished- didn't even have to bother going to the toy store. A Cosmic Connected Brain Provides in mysterious ways. In the past three days alone I also connected with a super-scooter sitting in the street abandoned (I asked the neighbors and the kids on the street if it was their's--- no one claimed it. I'll pass it on to a deserving kid...) AND a perfectly working high-pressure bike pump for my Brain Radar Find last week: A $500 aluminum frame mountain bike someone placed on the alley with THEIR trash (it needed a seat and a tire). I got a great seat for $2 at a garage sale, and now the pump for the tire. (Also in the photo above.) The moral of this story- Brain Magic happens, as long as you just remember to keep clicking your amygdala forward. You get EVERYTHING you need.
