This weekend we are going to try and make some additional contact with the "fellows" who have been recently visiting and following Stan Romanek around Denver, i.e. three very close encounters of the second kind during late September.
The following instructions are being circulated among our local "Sky Watch" group, and we will be going out again with cameras this Saturday November 10, 2001 along with Stan. Please help us out with your cooperative brain focus energy- wherever you may be- and we will share whatever comes our way with you at the Denver UFO Central web site as it becomes available.
This simple exercise is designed to magnify and increase our chances of again encountering an unusual UFO at the upcoming to pique our interest and curiosity, and perhaps elevate our consciousness and spirituality- this may be the beginning of something quite extraordinary.
The exercise is based upon neuroanatomy, and similar visualizations have been found to produce good results with regards to other paranormal abilities, weather manipulation, and other such non-ordinary activities. In this case, it certainly departs from traditional neuroscience and typical research-but what the heck! Brain Research can go as far out as you are willing to take it.

UFO BRAIN FOCUS INSTRUCTIONS
Inside your brain are two distinct "neuro-switches" that are key in the activation and movement of electrochemical energy in the brain. Called by some the brain's "master click switch", the brain has two AMYGDALA switches, located about 1 inch inside each temple, half way between the eyes and ears. There are two amygdalae, one for each hemisphere of the brain. (The left amygdala only shown below)
Research has shown that when the posterior- the rear- of the amygdala is activated, this causes fight-or flight/self-defense/counter-attack non-thinking reactive behaviors, and elevates what is referred to as our REPTILE BRAIN processes- competitive behavior and the killer instinct.
Conversely, when the anterior-or front part- of the amygdala is activated, this causes feelings of bliss, contentment, peak experience, creative and cooperative intelligence, as more electrochemical activity occurs in the fore-brain or FRONTAL LOBES, the most advanced part of the human brain.
Whereas the primitive REPTILE BRAIN computes old uncreative, dead end, "me me me", self-serving behavior only
The advanced FRONTAL LOBES compute COOPERATION-IMAGINATION-CREATIVITY-INTUITION-LOGIC behaviors and processes.
Contact with an advanced civilization is more likely if we are using the most advanced part of our brain.
It has been shown that direct visualization of "clicking" or "tickling" the amygdala forward, using one's creative powers of visualization, actually increases intelligence, creativity, pleasure, and paranormal abilities. Thus, in this exercise, we will visualize energy flowing FORWARD through the amygdala switches, and connecting with all other participating members of the group, and then reaching out to welcome and communicate with our UFO friends seen previously, or yet to come.
Do this exercise once a day, or more if desired, until our upcoming SKY WATCH meeting on Saturday November 10th. A collective effort in this brain focus may very well increase our chances of success in contact on that date.
#1) Sit comfortably, eyes closed.
#2) Visualize your two amygdala, one in each of your brain hemispheres, about 1 inch inside each temple. Knowing the approximate location is satisfactory.
#3) Each amygdala is about the size of the tip of your thumb, looking like a little walnut protuberance section of your brain.
#4) Pretend to TICKLE the FRONT part of each amygdala with an imaginary feather.
#5) As you tickle, you can feel/sense/visualize an increased flow of energy to your forehead and frontal lobes-- the 1/3 front most part of your brain.
#5) Visualize the brain focus energy leaving your forehead like a laser beam or connecting cord going out to join with the combined brain focus energy of other members of this group.
#6) As the energy beams converge and combine, they increase in intensity and energy.
#7) Visualize this combined energy touching/communicating/connecting with a beneficial UFO intelligence.
#8) Visualize positive contact/sighting on November 10 at around 7;30-8:30 PM Mountain Standard time.
You may practice this simple visualization/exercise as frequently as you like. Relax, don't get hung up on whether it will be successful or not-- just visualize positive success without getting too attached to it.
