1) INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING:
1) Put the DVD in your player and for the first viewing select PLAY ALL from the main DVD menu. It’s for the Mammal Brain portion of your brain. 4) The DVD contains BONUS ADVENTURE Features that consist of 3 alternative audio commentary tracks to the film, as well as an entire 45 minute DVD audio book. A) From The Bonus Adventures Menu, select “2 Different Mirror Commentaries”, THEN ADDITIONALLY, use the AUDIO button on your DVD player’s remote control to switch to audio channels/track 2 or 4, for different commentaries for the film, and watch the main Mirror feature again with these completely different narrations and explanations. Some players may require you to go to the player’s own Menu to change the audio track. (Please see your DVD players operating manual or get a geek to help you with this. J B) Then, from The Bonus Adventures Menu, select “Fun With Fred Commentary” THEN ADDITIONALLY, use the AUDIO button on your DVD player’s remote control (or the player’s menu) to switch to audio channel/track 5, and this will provide commentary to the Prelude, and the beginning portion of Mirror as well. C) You may also simply switch audio tracks at any portion of the film by using the audio button on your remote, or changing the audio through your DVD players own MENU function. (Please see your DVD players operating manual or get a geek to help you with this. J
To find where YOUR amygdala is,
visit MORE ABOUT THE FILM, below...
An Amazing Brain Adventure is a stimulating puzzle and a riddle for your frontal lobes. It is not pre-digested commercial glop. The secrets of the film are revealed and will delightfully tickle your own amygdala—if you simply tap into your infinite brain potential, waiting inside your cranium. This film will not do your thinking for you; It will, however, reflect the reality between your ears, lazy or not. Connect the dots, and you will be rewarded. The story is deceptively simple- but don’t be fooled. An Amazing Brain Adventure is deep multi-dimensional story, sight, and music- all equally important. Every scene has lots in it, but there is no shooting, looting, or car crashes. An Amazing Brain Adventure is a thought provoking trip as opposed to mere mindless head banging. It is a painting that moves; a symphony of sights and sounds; a koan that reflects both your expectations and the unknown. It demonstrates, but it also asks questions. The main feature, Mirror, is a highly VISUAL adventure- most of the human brain involves non-verbal processes, so watch carefully. This is a key element to the meaning of Mirror and the rest of the film; You cannot explain everything in words. Haven’t we already heard enough advice already? A good picture and a good piece of music are worth a million words.
Every scene has lots in it; blink and you'll miss something. Figure out what it reflects for you. That will be the biggest reward; when you look into the mirror of your own mind and brain for meaning and relevance. Watch the film without the commentary, then view again and listen to the commentary audio tracks for another perspective- you'll be amazed at what you discover you may have missed and what others see. Watch it with friends for a big collective intelligence frontal lobes brain blast.

The AMAZING BRAIN ADVENTURE's MOST POPULAR PAGES:
Your Amazing Brain Adventure is a web site all about Tickling Your Amygdala- i.e. turning on the best part of your brain as easy as clicking on a light switch. This is done as easily as imagining a feather inside of your head stimulating a compass, the amygdala. The amygdala is a set of twin organs, a part of your brain that sits right in between the most advance part of your brain- the frontal lobes and pre-frontal cortex- and the most primitive part of your brain- your "reptile brain" and brain stem. By tickling your amygdala you instantly and directly increase creativity, intelligence, pleasure, and also make possible a spontaneous natural processes known as "paranormal abilities", although such things as telepathy and ESP are really as natural as breathing, or as easy doing simple math in your head. The ability to self stimulate the amygdala by something as simple as thought has been proven in laboratory experiments, such as those conducted at Harvard University research labs, 1999-2009, and can be tracked with modern brain scanning machines such as fMRI and PET... Indeed, thought is faster than light.
